How do I add a project?

Select the Projects Icon        at the bottom of the page. Click on        to add a new project.

In the Client's page you can add a new project        found in the Client's menu.

How do I send an Estimate to a client?

Open project page and select the Estimate       option from the menu. In the Estimate menu you have the option to Send to Client

What can I do in the TASK MANAGER?

In the TASK MANAGER you can assign tasks to crew members and vendors, schedule tasks, mark tasks as completed, punch and view all items.

How do I create a change order?

Open the project you want to create a change order to. Select the Change Order       option from the menu. Open work areas and add or subtract the tasks you want to include to your project. Once finished adding/subtracting you can view your New Estimate from the drop down menu.

How do I schedule tasks?

Open project’s TASK MANAGER and go to Pending        . Click on the task/s you want to schedule and click Schedule  below. Click on the days you want to schedule the tasks on then click Done

How do I mark a task item as completed?

Open project’s TASK MANAGER and go to Pending        . Click on the task/s you want to mark completed. Click on         to mark completed.

How do I mark a task item to be redone?

Open project’s TASK MANAGER and go to Pending        . Click on the task/s you want to mark punch. Click on         to add to your punch list.

What are the icons on the top of the projects page?

The icons on the top of the projects page are the different types of projects; Current projects, Drafted projects, Pending projects and History. Current projects are projects that the scope has been approved and is currently being worked on. Drafted projects are projects you have created, but have not been approved yet. Pending projects are projects you have sent an estimate to be approved. History is where all projects go once they are completed.

What’s the grey dot beside the price on the current projects page?

The grey dot is the invoice for the project. When you send the invoice the icon becomes yellow and when the invoice is paid it turns green.

How do I send an invoice?

Open the project you want to send an invoice for. Select the Invoice       option from the menu. There you can view invoice, send invoice and mark invoice as paid from the menu options. When you send an invoice the icon becomes yellow and when it’s paid it becomes green.

How do I add images to a project area?

In the Projects work area select the menu and Photos will be an option to select from.
